"Clean Girl, Dirty Girl" was created as an extension of my Facebook Athlete Page, which began as a way to share my Fit Life with Family & Friends.  This blog is designed to give a more in depth view of my daily life and personal thoughts in addition to sharing my favorite clean recipes, daily motivations and exercise tips.

IFBB Figure Pro, Kenyatta Jones-Arietta is a 41 year old, happily married mother of three and successful real estate broker servicing Rockland & Orange Counties (NY).  Kenyatta began competing in 2010 as a way to help her lose her baby weight.  She fell in love with the stage and has been competing with her husband, Rudy Arietta ever since.
